2011 Challange

The sun has finally decided it will come out to play so at last I can make a start to my rather foolhardy challange.
We had our first run on the bikes for this year visiting Cruden Bay in Aberdeenshire.

Nice day for a day out on the bikes, thermals were unnecessary, but still need the Winter gloves.  Would have been nice to find an ice cream shop, but we had to settle for Latte & scones in Ellon.  Added bonus we spotted a real sweetie shoppe that weighed out sweets, we got sugared Almonds and Lucky Tatties.

March came & went

March consisted of a few wild days in the hills, and a holiday at the end of the month.

Liz had a couple of days hill walking, most of the scenery was snow

Mike spent a day fishing on a wild mountain lochan.
He says he caught 2 "brownies" but they were such amazing fish he released them!!!








Now I ask you all is this a fishermans tale or that of a true fisherman who takes part for the love of the sport and not providing a tasty dinner for his wife???????
